  • Managed the design assortment of men’s woven shirts, knitwear (cut and sew + fully fashion), sweatshirts, fleece, bottoms and outerwear styles.  This includes fabric selection, plaid direction, color, sketching, and fit direction between 40-60 styles and up to 390 skus per season.   

  • Partnered with our product development team to resource key items for improved margin and capabilities 

  • Worked closely with our Senior Manager of Mens Technical Design to establish updated woven shirt blocks 

  • Managed our men’s logo assortment, providing concept direction to graphic designers and directing artwork needs

  • Managed a menswear designer and design assistant partnering with them on concepting, sketch reviews, color allocation, and defining key presentation skills

  • Supported our assistant designer in the design execution of the dog category through concept, color, and fabric direction

  • Partnered with our freelance print designers and design team to create seasonal prints for seasonal styles 

  • Traveled to factories to work with our cut and sew vendors and ensure product excellence and source new developments
